Church Candles

Candlight Yin Yoga

Take some time to reconnect with yourself. Yin yoga uses passive postures held for longer periods of time targeting ligaments, tendons, fascia, hips and spine. This allows access to the energy rich connective tissues in the body while developing a practice of mindfulness and quietness.  We end the class with a relaxing and nourishing time of Savasana (final relaxation).

Kundalini Yoga Stretch Pose

Chair Yoga

Enjoy a gentle yoga class, using the support of a chair.  This one hour class is accessible to all.  Stretch, strengthen and increase mobility using sitting and standing poses.  Chair yoga is very gentle, and great for injury recovery.  It’s also good for people who cannot or do not want to get up and down from the floor.

Therapeutic Yoga for
Stress & Anxiety

Learn ways to manage stress & anxiety using yoga postures, breathing, and meditation. During this 4 week session, we will learn and practice a specific yoga sequence that will help reduce anxiety caused by stress and leave you feeling grounded. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary!
